According to information from the Consular Department (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam), on April 8, 2011, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of El Salvador signed an agreement on visa exemption for Diplomatic passport and Official passport holders of the two countries.
According to the agreement signed between the two countries, the Diplomatic passport and the Official passport holders of the two countries will be exempted from visa when entering, leaving and transiting with time stay not exceeding 90 days.
