Because of the rapid spread of coronavirus in March 2020, leaders of different nations have to implement drastic measures in order to protect its people from this deadly virus, also known as the Covid 19. Vietnam, for instance, has to impose travel restrictions by closing its borders, canceling flights, and suspending visa issuance.
