Vietnam has recently introduced its new e-visa scheme, allowing citizens from all countries and territories, including Chosŏn citizens, to apply for a visa online. Starting from August 15, 2023, Chosŏn citizens can enjoy the convenience of obtaining a visa without the need to visit an embassy or consulate.
