– Settle the payment (service fee) as per instructions.
– Obtain your visa approval letter after 2 working days (normal service), less than 1 working day (urgent service), and even less than 4 hours (super urgent service) via our emailĀ info@vietnamimmigration.org
After receiving your visa approval letter from us, what you have to do is just print it out and take it with you together with your passport-sized photos, your original passport and pay stamping fee to get your visa stamped at any Vietnam international airport. We are pleased to inform that the stamping fee is based on the rate regulated by the Government.
Please notice that visa on arrival is just applicable for those who travel to Vietnam by air. Moreover, when you print this letter out, please make sure that it is clear enough to see and all the information in this letter must be exactly the same as the information in your passport.
