On November 23rd, Prime Minister of Vietnam has approved the requested of Ministry of Labor – War invalids and Social Welfare on exchanges day off of Tet holiday in 2013 for officials and public servants.
During the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, officials and public servants will have 9 days off: From January 9th to February 17th. It also means that most visa online agencies will stop providing Vietnam visa on arrival during this holiday.
