If you are intending to travel to Vietnam, Good choice! There is so much to explore in the country, you will never feel bored. But, there’s one problem – Getting into Vietnam. However, it is not that hard though!
Cambodian passport holders are not required visa to enter Vietnam if stay less than 30 days in Vietnam. In case to stay for more than 30 days continuously, there are two ways to get Vietnam Visa for Cambodian Citizen. They are – (i) Applying for Visa through Vietnam Embassy (ii) Visa on Arrival
Getting a Visa from the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate from Cambodia is a little expensive than the Visa on Arrival process. This is because, it offers greater assurance. We recommend opting for this Visa type, if you are looking to ensure confirmation of your travel. You also have the option of applying for a six months visa in advance. Fill out the application, and submit in person at the nearest Vietnamese embassy. You will receive your visa in five working days. In case, if you require a speed processing, you can even receive the visa in two working days, but it would require additional charges, depending on the visa type.
This is an alternative to getting visa from the embassy. This is a simpler and cheaper alternative. The Vietnamese government advises getting the Visa on Arrival from genuine travel agencies. So, look for any agency that offers great customer satisfaction and 100% refund of money, just in case if the application gets rejected.
To qualify for the Visa on approval method, you must get the Visa approval letter to be present at the VOA counter when you land in any one of the international airports in Vietnam. The Visa approval letter is not a visa. You will be entitled to receive the visa only when you present this approval letter to the immigration authorities on arriving Vietnam.

2. Confirm the details entered online and pay the service Fee. You must cross-check to make sure that the information entered on the form is right. At this stage, you can also choose any extra services like – Fast track or car pick-up. After this, make the payment with your debit or credit card.
3. You are likely to get your Visa approval letter in two to three working days to you email. Take a print out of this letter along with the entry and exit form. Keep this entry and exit form filled. So that it would be easy to handover to the immigration officers on landing at the airport.
4. Have two copies of your passport size photograph, with 4x6cm and white background. Also keep the Vietnam visa fee ready – USD25 for single entry and USD50 for a multiple entry visa.
