When your e-Visa is approved, they will send a copy to the email address you have provided during your application. Once you receive the email, you just need to print the e-visa and carry the printed copy on your trip to Vietnam. Simply present it to the immigration officer along with your passport.
So how do you go about applying for the Vietnam e-visa for Belgian citizens? It’s easy – simply go online and access their official website. Click on the option that says Apply Now and you’ll be directed to a page that will ask you for some personal information.
You will be asked information coming from your passport so make sure you have it ready. Things like your passport number, expiration date, and other details will be asked from you. Of course, you also need to provide your complete name, birth date, and other personal details. It’s absolutely important that you review the information you have entered on the website before you go to the next page. If you have entered the wrong details, you could be denied entry to Vietnam.
After you have completely filled out the online form, proceed to the next page to make a payment. You can pay with your credit card or debit card. When you have successfully made a payment, you’ll receive a confirmation along with a registration code. Take note of this code because you will need it to verify the status of your visa at a later time.
The cost of Vietnam e-Visa for Belgian citizens would vary depending on certain factors. But usually, the cost is based on the processing time that you will prefer. If you are fine with the standard processing time of five business days, then the cost is around $35. However, if you needed the visa urgently, you can opt for the rush processing, which is around $50.

Although the usual processing time is 5 business days, there are instances when the visa processing will be delayed. It is therefore important that you apply for the visa at least two weeks before your intended date of arrival to Vietnam. Otherwise, you’ll have to shoulder the expensive cost of paying for a rush option.
